Costs

We apply a package price for the entire system for one elderly person and an unlimited number of informal caregivers:

• One-time installation costs: €195
• Monthly subscription: €19.95 per month

The subscription can be cancelled monthly after a minimum subscription period of three months.

Order

Sign up without obligation via the form below. We will contact you by phone to discuss your situation and any specific wishes. If everything is in order, we will finalize the order and schedule an installation appointment.

After ordering

On the agreed day, we will install the system in the home. We ensure that everything is connected and configured, and we will explain how to use the system.

After installation, the system is active:

• Notifications regarding waking up will work starting the next day
• Notifications regarding leaving and returning home will work immediately if the (optional) app is used on the elderly person’s smartphone
• Notifications regarding unusual behavior will work after a period of one to two weeks. Mantie needs this time to get to know the elderly person’s living pattern
